Our participants receive a resilience bonus pack that includes a 12 month subscription to the Calm App, The Resilience Project 21 Day Journal and a 12 month subscription to Read It For Me which our team showcases and outlines how participants can use these tools in their daily routine after our program concludes.

The Mindstrong Program is 6 sessions, 2 sessions per week, run over 3 weeks. The program is intentionally run over 3 weeks to allow our team to guide the students through their 21 Day Resilience Project Journal.
