Mindstrong Program

The Mindstrong Program teaches our participants to shift their thinking, excel through stressful situations and build the resilience required to take on new challenges.

Our participants receive a resilience bonus pack that includes a 12 month subscription to the Calm App, The Resilience Project 21 Day Journal and a 12 month subscription to Read It For Me which our team showcases and outlines how participants can use these tools in their daily routine after our program concludes.

Our Program

Session one will focus on shifting thinking to establish a positive mindset, develop ongoing gratitude practices, and recognise the power of perspective.

Session two will focus on helping to understand trauma and how to manage internal and external stresses and excel through stress and anxiety.

Session three will develop emotional intelligence, learn to identify the impact of your own emotions, and recognise emotional strengths and weaknesses in yourself & others.

Session four will help discover character strengths and apply this understanding to exploring personal growth and goal setting.

Julie is a 42 year old female who lives in the regional area of Shepparton with her two teenage children who are almost finished their schooling years, and anticipate moving to Melbourne for further study. 

Julie has been a stay at home single mother for many years and tried her hand at a variety of jobs to support her family on a casual basis. She is now ready to forge a pathway that aims to build her financial, personal and professional capacity. 

While Julie enjoys being around people, she lacks the confidence to engage in environments where there is a high level of communication required to meet a client or customer needs. She has the competency and capability in hard skills, however, recognises she could benefit from some learning that builds her emotional self awareness, understanding her purpose, and where she can identify and explore her interests that are driven by her values.  It is then that she feels she could connect with others through empathy, solving problems positively, and have the resilience to conquer barriers.
