Entry Requirements

The following local entry requirements apply to ensure applicants aare able to fully engage in the course and have the required learning capacity to meet the course requirements. Learners must:

hold a minimum of a School Certificate (or equivalent)
be able to commit to the course duration and time commitment

These entry requirements will be confirmed through information collected on the enrolment form. Please note – One Training will engage with persons expressing interest in enrolment to discuss their language, literacy and numeracy skills.

Units of Competency

The Fitness Career Accelerator program encompasses a comprehensive curriculum consisting of the following units of competency:

Qualification outcomes

Successful completion of the course will provide the graduate with the ability to:
• Personal trainer delivering to individuals or groups
• Strength and conditioning specialist personal trainer who may work with semi professional and professional athletes
• A study pathway to the Diploma of Fitness (following one year’s post graduation work experience), Diploma of Strength and Conditioning or Diploma of Sport and Recreation Management.
• Preparation for further study
• Facilitating your own personal training and fitness business
• Need to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) or state equivalent
